Uses of the Warehouse: Will your warehouse be used for storage or will there be construction going on inside too? Are you storing dry goods, organics or machinery?
Features and addons: Does your warehouse need a mezzanine for extra storage? Or perhaps a separated storage and workshop area for your operations team to set up. Will you need access to lifts and jacks to move your stock around or connect your machinery? Or will you need separate bays and easily accessible doors for your fleet vehicles?

You may need to submit your warehouse construction plans to your local council and remain in ongoing contact with them throughout the build.
