REFUND POLICY

Action Sheds does not allow refunds in situations where the customer has simply changed their mind.

As required by Australian Consumer Law, Action Sheds does offer repairs, replacements or refunds in the following situations.

In cases of a minor problem with the product, for example, minor dents or scratches etc. Action Sheds will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.

In cases of a major problem with the product, Action Sheds will replace or refund the product at no additional cost to the customer.

Examples of major problems include:

  • The product has a problem that would have stopped the customer from buying it if they’d known about it.
  • The product is significantly different from the sample or description they signed off on.
  • The product is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time.
  • The product doesn’t do what the customer asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
  • The product is unsafe.

Please be aware that If the product is found not to have a problem, you may be required to pay the transport or inspection costs. An estimate of these costs will be provided to you before the product is collected.
